Drvengrad, also known as Küstendorf, is a village in the Zlatibor district of Serbia, located near the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina. This tiny village was entirely built by enigmatic filmmaker Emir Kusturica in 2002 as the set of the movie “Life is a Miracle”. The family house of Kusturica hosts a cinema in the cellar where movies from Stanley Kubrick are displayed. It is also a four star hotel. I am staying here with my wife. It’s our third time here. I am in love with the energy this place has.
