Whenever I go on road trips, waking up before the sun is the only rule. This morning Sam and I hit the road at 5 am to arrive in Aspen for sunrise. A brisk 19 degrees out with a fresh 6 inches of snow we claimed our land and set up for the perfect shot of the maroon bells.
