This shot was taken on a trip in Rockford, Illinois with my family. There was a beautiful community park we visited, and there was a section of bricks in the courtyard. Most of them had names of people who had donated to the building of the park, but this one stood out from among them. With the words, “I BELIEVE IN YOU. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! BE POSITIVE.” inscribed on the brick, it was a reminder that some people don’t care about recognition, but solely making the world a better place.
