Assorted Eggs

I eat a lot of eggs because they’re so versatile. Boiled, fried, scrambled, as an omelette, an essential souffle ingredient, cakes (I bake), fruit curds, the yolks for rich cookies or mayonnaise and the whites for meringues. Sump’n ‘bout eggs.
