Our first evening in Oxford, we took an adventure to find dinner at the famous but also secretive and old Turf Tavern, which is located down a narrow alley. After our dinner in this ancient pub (ancient to us, as we are from western Canada!), we went to walk back to our Airbnb, and golden hour had sprung in Oxford. I had always seen pictures of the Radcliffe Camera and seeing it in person was pretty spectacular, but the combination of golden hour, sunset and the rolling clouds made it all the more perfect that evening.
