This was a shot I took as I finished the shoot with red flowers. As I was about to get into my car and leave, I looked up and paused. The sun had already sunken below the horizon, but there was a firey red glow reflecting off of a layer of clouds in the sky. There was a powerful contrast between the deep reds and the light blues of the open sky just beyond. A strip of black ground and sillhoetted trees slashes the image across the middle.
