I am at home when I look at the water. As someone raised on an island, the smell of salt, the feeling of sun and ocean mist on my skin and the accompanying humid stickiness is familiar–somewhat beloved, somewhat disgusting. but this photo reminds me of all the good things about the ocean, with none of the humidity.
