We call him Hitam Putih which is black & white in Indonesian. He’s a pure heritage Bali Street Dog. The original Bali Dogs have been around for about 12,000 years. They’re a special breed. Unfortunately, they are often neglected due to a lack of education and fear. Several weeks ago, Hitam Putih was barely able to walk from being malnourished. We started leaving food out for him every day. Sometimes twice a day. Now, he has his body weight and energy back. He stops by once in a while to say hi. Just like he did the other day when I made this portrait of him. I love Bali Dogs. ❤️
