Recipe: 6 Large Potatoes 3 Bay Leaf 1/2 teaspoon of chili seeds (to taste) Salt Oil. Method: Cut each potato into 6 wedges, place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle chili seeds and Bay Leaf. Roast at 215 degrees Celcius (420 degrees Fahrenheit) for 50min - 1 hour, or until the tips of potatoes start going crisp golden brown. Sprinkle with salt to taste and serve.
