After hiking all the way up to the brocken, we decided to take the train back down, since the hike up was super slippery and foggy. On the way back, the train stopped at this beautiful location to let the other train on its way up pass. It seemed like some magical train to winterwonderland that appeared through the foggy forest and disappeared into the fog again.
