For a brief period of my life I had the chance to live at a friends converted boat house along the Willamette River. It was located in an area whose only residence were trains yards, storage units, and warehouses. A sleepy and deserted street to say the least. Falling asleep in this area one would be treated to ghosts howls of midnight trains coming to a slow stop, while the rest of Portland is sleeping soundly.
