The buttress root system of a jungle tree, painted with light at night. I used two Manfrotto constant lights, rather than a torch/flashlight, (or flash), for a more diffused and natural-looking light. The tree is lit from various angles to provide a more dramatic effect than flash or a daytime photo. Photographed at Crocodylus Resort in the Daintree region of Australia.
