brown stone formation in body of water

One evening while walking on the beach at Bandon, Oregon, I added a graduated neutral density filter to my lens. This darkens the scene, causes the camera to use a much slower shutter ( 30 seconds in this instance ) which causes the moving waves and clouds to blur. This blurring gave this scene a silky appearance. That plus the blue of the ocean and sky resulted in the title of this photo.
