brown snake on stone

The beauty rat snake (Orthriophis taeniurus) is a species of snake that originally comes from South East Asia. I did photograph this snake during an animal photo event in a belgian animal shop where it is for sale. The snake was put on a wooden oak plank and shot from the top. The rock was put so the snake would be circling around it.
