After photographing the Million Woman March protests all day, I decided to take a break and unwind. A nice walk around the city, in some of the best weather I’ve ever experienced during the month of January, was exactly what I needed. Chicago is home to one of my favorite skylines, and being a Midwest native, it feels very home-y. It was nice to see people enjoying a normal day of life during such a hectic time.
