After spending an hour on a scooter looking for the remote Atuh Beach, on Nusa Penida Indonesia. We found a lone sign pointing the opposite direction to our map. We decided to follow the map instead of the sign, and it paid off. I later realised that the sign was directing people to the lookout, but we wanted to go down onto the beach, so we found a track cut into the side of the cliff and clambered down to a stunning hidden beach. This is a shot of one of the cliffs nearby, I loved the stark contrast between the Earth’s natural elements.
