After 21 months, I finally had enough courage to go through my vintage books I was able to salvage from the fire in Feb. 2018 and check for damage. I had them packed away in a plastic bin full of baking soda and rice, to take away the smell and the moisture. In my haphazard stacking, I saw a photo opportunity I couldn't pass up.
