This is an aerial shot of a river flowing into a remote alkali lake (Lake Abert) in Southern Oregon. This lake is a remnant of an ancient ice age lake. In late spring, early summer, runoff from the snow melt replenishes the lake, which is loaded full of salts and minerals, which is what gives it these beautiful colors. Shot with a DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine (70 mm lens).
