It rained 3 out of the 4 days we visited Paris. On the third day we visited Montmartre and as it started to pour, we ran for cover inside the Sacré-Cœur. We walked the hundreds of steps to the top where inside the dome we found beautiful, vast views of the City. The fog and rain created a mood that is evident in the photo. Our entire trip felt the way this image reads, it was quiet and gloomy with a constant mist in the air. I will forever remember Paris that way.
