Every day in New York I am constantly assaulted by the visual noise on top of what I see. Subconsciously, I was finding myself drawn to places where I could find silence in the city. In these spaces, I began to creatively explore visual representations and reflections of shapes, symmetry, form, surface and structure. Trusting in this as my language to represent my lived experience of silent spaces in New York City.
