Westhoofd Lighthouse, the Netherlands.

The Westhoofd Lighthouse was originally built around 1862 and was originally made out of iron and was replaced in 1911 by a lighthouse made out of solid reinforced concrete. Sadly enough, this tower was destroyed on May 4 of 1945 by occupying German forces and would not be rebuilt until 1947, when the Lighthouse was remade into the towering behemoth you see above.
