Madrid´s traditional breakfast is Churros con Chocolate. You can find them in the traditional “churrerias” and of course, in many bars. Churrerías smell like fried stuff all the time but you can eat the churros warm and freshly made. If you didn’t wake up like having churros for breakfast, maybe you can eat them after a long party night. As churrerías open very soon, it is also tradition to eat them with friends before going to bed.
