Black-throated green warblers really love trees 🌲 These canopy-dwellers usually spend their time way up above our heads, giving birdwatchers a classic case of “warbler neck”. I was lucky enough to catch this adventurous warbler closer to eye level on a recent walk in the woods! These warblers are best known for their chatty songs, which sound like “trees trees, I love trees”. Not to mention their totally unique colors, it’s easy to tell where black-throated green warblers get their name!
