I thought the lighting through the arch was beautiful. Sometimes I get in a trap of thinking that I have to go on an outing, or a trip to take interesting pictures. But I notice beautiful things around me every day, and photography is about capturing and portraying that beauty. I felt drawn to the scene of this backyard garden, so I grabbed my camera and took this picture. I would like to not limit my photography to trips or outings I take. I want to embrace the challenge of taking beautiful/interesting pictures around my home and in the every mundane day.
