a view of a city at night time

After hiking up Tempe Butte to the summit, I waited upwards of an hour and a half for the sun to set and the city of Tempe to illuminate. While the bright lights inhibit the potential of the Arizona night sky, I was not disappointed to see the pastel colors of the sky and distant mountain backdrop.
