a very tall building next to a very tall tower

The building (a hotel) is designed by Reinier de Graaf and Rem Koolhaas at Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA). The artwork on the telecom transmission tower is called White Noise, it's made by Giny Vos. (Within 10 minutes rain was pouring down in buckets after I took this shot ;) )
