a very tall building next to a body of water

One of the façade of K11 MUSEA facing the promenade and Victoria Harbour. The hole in the middle of the building is a lookout spot for tourists to enjoy a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. K11 MUSEA is an artistically decorated luxurious shopping mall next to the popular tourist attraction Hong Kong Avenue of Stars. There are serviced apartments on the higher floors and the tall building is Rosewood Hotel with office units. The whole complex is called Victoria Dockside (維港文化匯).
