The iconic landmark of Hong Kong, Bank of China Tower in Central District. It's designed by the renowned Chinese American architect Ieoh Ming Pei (貝聿銘). The criss cross patterns resembles the growth structure of bamboo trees, which denotes growth. Pei was known best for building The Louvre Pyramid, entrance of the Louvre Museum in Paris. On its right side, the blue building, is the new headquarter building of Henderson Land Development, The Henderson, which has completed its construction.
