White Sands National Monument in New Mexico, USA has been on my wishlist for years. Seeing photographers take some of the most stunning images I have ever seen, I knew when I had the chance I had to visit. On my road trip across the US, I decided to drive 3 hours out of my way to visit this magical place. I got there 25 minutes before the park closed. I raced my way, admittedly driving way over the speed limit, to capture the last rays of sunlight. This image does not even give this place any justice.
