When visiting the San Galgano Abbey ruins in Tuscany, this vaulted building adjacent to the ruins of the abbey caught my attention as the sunset light created a warm effect, softening the shadows. In this picture I also enjoy the "three-dimensional" effect of the various elements, displayed at an ever increasing distance from the camera lens. Worth also checking out the different texture of columns, floor tiles, ceiling vaults as well as the bolted wooden door.
