Ever since learning about the events that took place at Hiroshima in 1945 at school, I've wanted to visit the peace memorial park. It's a very sobering place to visit, but I would say it's also an important place to visit and to hear about the hopes of the world moving away from the utilisation of nuclear weapons. It seemed fitting to capture the Atomic Bomb Dome on 35mm film.
