Hot Air Balloon Surfers Paradise I stayed at my brother-in-laws place on the water in Surfers Paradise to house sit while they were away on holidays. Sleeping with the windows and doors open meant that at 4:30am to the sound of a hot air balloon burner. I had my camera with me so could walk outside to the landing to capture this stunning sunrise of the Surfers Paradise Skyline with the Hot Air Balloon perfectly positioned. After taking the photo I watched in amazement as it appeared this Balloon came within centimetres of the buildings. I thought I was going to be capturing that nights news.
