It was the largest fishing village in the early development of the city. Several decades ago, this harbour was used to pack with fishing boats that fishermen families lived on board. Fishing boats are gradually replaced by yachts. It's a touristic place at any time. The island Ap Lei Chau is on the left, with storage racks for dragon boats (that are for competitions) alongside the waterfront promenade.
