PICA FEST is the Paradise Island Clothing Association (PICA) Festival, as the name suggests, this is the biggest clothing festival in Bali which is eagerly awaited by lovers of local products in Bali. In this festival there are not only 100 clothing booths, but also a music concert with 100 performers from local Balinese and national, local communities and also 100 culinary booths serving Balinese culinary as well.
