A mosquito which looks like it has had a big meal of blood. I don't know about the drop of water at her rear end, possibly she (only the females suck blood, in order to produce eggs) wants to concentrate the solid nutritious materials in the blood, and does not want or need the water in the blood, or perhaps she is simply voiding the water because she is so full.
