This is the side view of an outdoor artwork 'Loving Home' that resembles a sea turtle which is in front of the Central Government Offices and facing the Victoria Harbour. Turtle or tortoise denotes longevity and wisdom in Chinese culture. A series of outdoor artwork are displayed as one of the celebration events for the 25th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong SAR. The brown seating bench is one of the sea turtle's front feet.
