Architecture- Library of Birmingham by Mecanoo. It houses- aside extensive books & archival collections- study rooms, events & exhibition rooms, tourist information centre as well as Shakespeare Memorial Room. The overlapping metal rings create a visual reference the city's Jewellery Quarter area.
