Made with the finest Agave Tequilana from the Tequila Valley in the Mexican state of Jalisco, Porfidio Reposado Single-Agave is a single-vintage, single-terroir ultra-premium Reposado. Uniquely, the distillery ferments the cold-pressed agave juice from the pina jointly with the agave roots, adding a suave undertone to the dry, earthy body of 8-year-old Agave Tequilana. Porfidio then matures this distilled essence of valley agave for 8 months in barrels hand-coopered out of 80-year-old native American white oak that were used earlier to nature Porfidio’s agave liqueur wine, Dolce.X.
