This was a surfing competition at Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, Australia. I got down as close as possible to the surfers, my feet in the water, and using a 250 mm lens I was able to get this shot. The light was with me as it is in the afternoon. This is special to me because it was my first good surfing photo.
