Twice a year around 300,000 sea turtles come to the coast of Mexico to lay their eggs. I was fortunate to have seen this a couple of time. The turtles gather in the waves until the sun sets and then all come onto the sand, dig a hole and deposit 50-100 eggs, cover them and head back to the ocean.
