Grays and Torreys Peaks are just a few of those known in Colorado for their mountain goat population. We were lucky enough to run across some relatively young goats scavenging the foliage on the way down from Grays Peak. Though comfortable around humans to a certain point, they were still smart enough to run to steep cliffs when anyone seemed a threat or came too close.
