One cold morning on Windermere

i don’t own a ‘proper’ camera. i don’t have the patience for ‘proper photography’. i just spend lots and lots of time outdoors and snap what i see with an iphone. this is an unedited photograph from the doorstep of the Youth Hostel on Lake Windermere in England. the weather forecast suggested very cold and clear in the early morning so i put on my belay jacket and hat and stood and waited as the light began to percolate through the dawn sky.
