Another shot of the last Mersey Bar Lightship, Planet, love the compression on this photograph, it looks like the ship is casting a shadow on the building behind which of course is impossible, the shadow is from the building on the left. The building with the shadow on were the White Star Line Offices (Titanic owners) it is now a Hotel but has retained a lot of the original features, this building is known locally as the ‘streaky bacon building’ similar in appearance to Scotland Yard (the original) in London.
