I got my first DSLR as a gift just a few days ago I took my very first shot. It’s not original, it’s inspired (or copied) by many other great photos on unsplash. Especially, from Ash Edmonds composition here: https://unsplash.com/photos/Koxa-GX_5zs. His photo inspired me to take a shot like this. So I turned off the lights and put the laptop on a small wooden table. I do not have a tripod yet. So I took several burst shots to find the sharpest image. But it’s all worth it in the end. I am happy with my first composition so far and looking forward to my journey into the world of photography.
