My friends and I went to a lakeside cabin for a weekend, but were bummed to see the forecast called for rain. However, the first morning before the rain we awoke to a beautiful fog and a very calm lake; creating a mirrored effect of the tree line and mountains. It did end up raining after, but if all rainy days are preceded by such peaceful and beautiful moments then I wouldn’t mind it raining more often.
