My friend and I practiced 'micro-adventures' for a year. Mid-week, after work we would grab our sleeping bags and head out to explore a near-by forest. We'd make shelters from fallen branches as the dusk set in and stay up into the night by hidden campfires. The feeling of slowly waking in a forest with no tent and just the woods around you is like no other. We'd prepare a hasty breakfast and head back to our office jobs for 9am. Our faint smell of wood smoke the only giveaway.
