Boys

While writing my book in 2016 spare time was quite rare for a while. When the book was published I just knew I’d have to take a few days off. In Zandvoort we could finally get some rest after some exciting and frantically busy months. Though it wasn’t very warm anymore and there was a chilly breeze by the sea, those two boys were playing near the sea. Their parents kept calling for them, trying to get them home, but the boys would never listen. It was a pleasure to watch.
