The streets were shut down during the height of Blizzard Jonas (the snowiest blizzard to ever hit New York City), turning all of Manhattan into one giant playground. This guy apparently was so moved by the event and love for the country that he carried this huge flag around the street despite the wind and relentless snow fall.
