The Call of the Wild

With experiencing multiple microclimates in one day, we went from 7,500ft elevation to -150ft elevation and caught the sunset in the dunes of Death Valley. While being short in distance, sand is not the easiest thing to hike on. We pressed on, gaining a greater distance from the road before we were able to enjoy the sand catching the last light from the sun.
