The End of a Record The midwest US was recently attacked by the poor vortex, breaking records in cities that were set in the 1800s. As the weather moves on, and the media spotlight with it, the people themselves are left to continue their existence in the way it was before. This is a look at the small town where I live, LeRoy, and how the thawing temps bring a quiet serenity to the once frigid and wind fraught streets.
